What is a murder mystery dinner party game ?
It is a party where a “murder” has been committed. All players are the sleuths, trying to determine the murderers identity ..... and all players are also suspects.
This is not a board game. It is an adult game which allows you the chance to become a character in a sinister plot. No acting experience is needed. All you need is
a lighthearted approach towards deceit, blackmail, theft, infidelity etc..

What is a mystery party game ?
There are two types of mystery party games. The teen games are for people over 10 years old. Like the Invitation to murder games, they are role playing games. However, in these games are there no murders. Other crimes are being committed. All the players are investigators, trying to determine the criminals identity ..... and all players have something to hide. Again no acting experience is needed to become a character in the sinister plot.
The children's mystery games are aimed at the 6 to 9 age group. They are not role playing games. Again, a crime has been committed, but this time the players are only investigators not suspects. They must work together to solve clues and solve the case.

Is this a computer game ?
No. The internet and the computer are used as an efficient way to distribute our games. Once you have downloaded a game you will need to print it out so that you and your guests can play. The games may be played over dinner, over pizza or any way you choose - just enjoy yourself and the company of your friends.

How many people can play a murder game ?
Most games are for 6 or 8 players with half of the characters male and half female. Addition players may take part as detectives and join in the questioning.

How many people can play a mystery game ?
The teen games are currently for 6 - 8 all girl players. Male characters are mentioned in the games and addition players may take these parts or the parts of additional girls. They will not have clue sheets but can still take part in the questioning.
The children's games are for a small party, of all girls, all boys or mixed groups. As they do not have roles to play, additional children can have additional clue sheets printed and play a full part in the party.

Do I need any special equipment ?
No. It is more than likely that you will already have all you need. You need access to the internet in order to download the game. You need a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader to read the file and a printer in order to print the game.

I have downloaded a game but cannot open the file
ITM Games are supplied in pdf format. You require a copy of Adobe Acrobat reader in order to read a print the file. Check your installation of Acrobat reader, or follow the link on our Links page to the Adobe site and download the Acrobat reader.

Check that you have the right access code for the game you wish to download. Check you have entered them exactly as they were sent to you, they are case sensitive. Check that you have entered the same email address as this is linked to the access code.
